Description

Chardonnay Select – elegant dry wine Chardonnay to which is grown in the area “Bisamberg” near Vienna. Soil rich in limestone rocks of the vineyard that provides the future wine a refined, fresh character. The average age of the vines used is 25-40 years. The harvest is picked by hand and then pneumatic pressing is fermented in oak tanks. Vinification involves malolactic fermentation, and the fermentation process is carried out batonazh (mixing). Aged Chardonnay Selekt in French oak barrels, 25% of which are used for the first time.
