Blend dry white wine “Cape Maclear” consists of two grapes – Chenin Blanc and Semillon. Winery berries carefully sorted, separated from the ridges, the press and are fermented in stainless steel tanks under strictly controlled temperature conditions. Then the wine is aged for a short time in stainless steel tanks. It’s a great summer wine that is perfect served chilled on a hot sunny day for light meals, as well as just to quench your thirst.
