The production process begins with careful selection of the grapes from the vineyards, where the climate and soil create ideal conditions for growing Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are hand-picked, allowing only the ripest berries to be selected. After sorting, the fruit is gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to maximise the aromatic components and preserve the intensity of the colour. During the maceration process, tannins from the skins give the wine structure and depth of flavour, while a long period of aging in wooden barriques helps develop the rich bouquet.
