Description

“Villa Belvedere” Valpolicella Ripasso DOC – full-bodied, juicy red semi-dry wine, which is a blend of grape varieties traditional for Valpolicella – Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara. Harvested as the berries reach their maximum ripeness. Vinification of the wort takes place with strict temperature control according to the “ripasso” method (secondary fermentation with the addition of pulp of Amarone wine), which gives the wine an additional structure, fullness of taste and aromas.

Vineyards of Villa Belvedere are located on the hills of Veneto near Lake Garda, just north of the city of Verona. The producer produces magnificent, refreshing and modern wines of this region. Winemakers professionally blend the local varieties of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara to get incredibly rich, velvety red wines replete with tones of raisins, cherries and subtle balsamic hues.
