Description
Tenute di Maria, Inzolia, Terre Siciliane IGT is created from the grapes of the variety of Inzolia, also called Ansonica. This variety is the oldest autochthonous Sicilian vine, which later spread to Sardinia, Lazio and South Tuscany. Inzolia is characterized by unusually large clusters, low water demand, drought resistance and constant quality of berries. For the production of wine grapes with skins are eight-hour maceration and 15-day fermentation in stainless vats. Ready wine rest for 2 months in bottles.
