Wine Vallepicciola, “Parva Domus”, Toscana IGT, 2021

Description

Vallepicciola, Chianti Classico DOCG is a classic representative of Chianti wines, demonstrating the best qualities of this world famous appellation. The wine is made from Sangiovese grapes, which grows in the vineyards of the estate at an altitude of 380-440 meters above sea level on clay-limestone soils. Harvesting is carried out at the end of September and lasts until mid-October. Before fermentation, the wort undergoes a short maceration. Fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in oak barrels. The wine is aged in large oak barrels for 12 months, after which it is bottled and for another 3-5 months it “rests” in bottles in the cellars of the winery.
