Description
“Usadba Perovskih” Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve – a dry red wine with a rich taste and expressive varietal aroma. Grown in the sunny Crimea variety Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented and aged for 18 months in 225-liter barrels of American oak. The wine shows a beautiful ruby-purple color, and its flavor and aroma are felt bright berry shades and nuances of spices. This Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve perfectly complements meat dishes and hard cheeses.
“Manor Perovsky” – winery, founded in 1834, the heir to Count Razumovsky Nikolai Ivanovich Perovsky. As the illegitimate son Nikolai was, however, a representative of the famous family of perovskite, which gave Russia many outstanding figures: the mayor of Feodosia Nicholas Perovsky, Russian writer Alexei Perovsky (a pseudonym – Anthony CBM), who was the uncle of Aleksey Tolstoy, as well as the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Empire Leo Perovsky.
