Wine “Gelendzhik” dry red belongs to the category of wines that due to the high concentration of amino acids have a positive effect on the body. Red grapes grown in the sunny climate of Gelendzhik, is the basis of the blend. The fermentation process is almost complete fermentation of sugar, and the strength of wine becomes quite low, at the level of 9-11%.
