Description
Urlar, Sauvignon Blanc is an elegant wine with a rich and mature style that is made from organic grapes at the sites in Gladstone, in the Vairarapa region. At the winery, a lightly crushed grapes is gently squeezed, the resulting juice undergoes cold decantation during the day. Then the juice is removed from the sediment and moves to another tank where it is heated and fermented at a controlled temperature. Some of the wort roams in old barrels. After the end of fermentation, the wine is aged for at least 4 months on the sludge, filtered and bottled.
