Description
The name “Lion’s Lair” follows the name of the company in English and means “lion’s den”. Wine “Lion’s Lair” Chenin Blanc is produced from the harvest of the vines with an average age of about 28 years. The climate is different Svartland extremely low rainfall, which affects the size of the berries, making them smaller, but gives a more concentrated flavor. These lands are often compared to the French region of Rhone Valley, as their wines have a good structure, freshness and dominant fruit tones. Neighborhood Svartland provides some of the best harvests of Chenin Blanc and Shiraz in South Africa. Blend wine is only half made up of varieties of Chenin Blanc, the remainder being Russan varieties, Grenache Blanc, Claret and Verdello. The entire process of creating a fault takes place in a stainless steel tank at a reduced temperature.
