Description

“Palistorti” Rosso – luxurious and fabulous wine, one drink which can cause a real delight. The wine is a blend of three grape varieties – Sangiovese, Syrah and Merlot, which is collected by hand in small boxes. Maceration lasts 10-15 days, which is sufficient for complete extraction of aromatic properties and tannins. Then gravity wine enters the slightly burnt French oak barrels, 5% of which – the new, which takes place malolactic fermentation and aging.
