Description
Dry red wine “Enseda”, has an original aroma of cherry tea, created from a blend of grape varieties Sangiovese and Canaiolo. Fermentation with strict temperature and aging in bottles for 4 months, in addition to an intriguing flavor, give wine a harmonious taste and rich color. Wine producer – Tenuta Cantagallo, winery, which belongs to the family Peratstsuolli since 1970. It is located in the picturesque town of Montalbano. Today it is managed by Enrico Peratstsuolli, which accounts for the founder’s grandson. It conveys the passion for winemaking, honoring ancient traditions and love for their land – all eloquently expressed in his wines. Vineyards farms occupy about 3 hectares of land, much of which is given over to the local grape Sangiovese is also grown Cabernet Sauvignon.
