Description

Natural, organic, natural yeast, unfiltered, unclarified, low-sulfur – these are the main characteristics of wine Intellego, Syrah . For it was used the best grapes from the site, located to the north-east of Malmesbury on the soil with high iron content. His character is brutal and brash. In addition to the designated Syrah variety, there is another 12% Mourvedre in the blend to impart complexity to the whole composition. The grapes are separated from the ridges, after which half of the wine passes through semi-carbon fermentation in closed containers. The remaining half is vinified in the traditional way.
