Description
“Gostagay Fire Fox” Cabernet Sauvignon-Corvina is a harmonious, well-balanced dry red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Corvina grapes grown in the vineyards of the Sober Bash farm. Harvesting is carried out manually and is carried out when the berries reach the optimum level of ripeness. At the winery, the fruits undergo the traditional vinification for creating dry red wines, which takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine goes well with pasta, stewed and fried meats, grilled meats and matured cheeses.
