“Coppiere” Chianti DOCG – young red dry wine made from Sangiovese grapes, which grows in the company’s vineyards in Chianti. Rocky soils and a maritime climate provide excellent conditions for the creation of elegant wines. Sangiovese gives the wine good acidity and high tannin, as well as a rich ruby red color. After harvesting, the grapes are delivered to the winery, where the fruits are softly pressed. The wort is fermented in stainless steel containers and is not aged in barrels, due to which it has a fresh, young, bright and strong enough taste. The wine has an excellent price-quality ratio and is able to make an excellent gastronomic pairing for many dishes, especially well with grilled red meat, pasta and mature cheeses.
