Description

The first vintage of red wine “Santa Cristina” was released in 1946. Its production is distinguished by permanent commitment to quality on the background of constant innovation.
Vintage wine is going to create a few vineyards in the central region of Tuscany. First there is the collection of varieties Merlot and Syrah, the next 2-3 weeks – Sangiovese. Vinification of each variety separately. At the end of careful selection and gentle crushing, grapes passed maceration on skins and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Then mixed and produced varieties malolactic fermentation. Excerpt wines are made in oak barrels for 6 months. Bottling took place in late spring.
