Description
Astorre Noti in Ruppiano, “Selachus” Sangiovese-Cabernet Sauvignon, Toscana IGT – dry red wine made from two grapes Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. Vineyards are located near Siena in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga. Harvested by hand at the end of September from 25-year-old vines. After soft pressing, the berries were macerated for 15 days at a controlled temperature of up to 28 C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in barrels, 10% of which are new.
