Description

Rodaro, Sauvignon, 2014 – monosortovoe wine with terraced vineyards “Rokkabernarda” whose age is about 20 years. Low productivity is maintained at 1.5 kg of berries from a bush. The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of August and after a soft pressing is fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 19 C. Wine Extract conducted in the same containers for 7-12 months. Maximum Sauvignon fully reveal its taste after 2 years after the harvest. Wine Storage Capacity is 8 years.
