Description

For the manufacture of dry red wine Robertson Winery, Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are brought from vineyards located in the valley of Robertson. The vines grow on deep alluvial soils with a high content of limestone. Favorable microclimate of the region promotes optimal ripening Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes are usually harvested in the early morning hours during the last decade of February to mid-March, the yield is about 10 tonnes per hectare. Vinification carried out for 4 days at 28 C. For a more complex flavor and aroma of the drink aged on its lees in French oak barrels for 4 months.
