Wine Riondo, Valpolicella Superiore DOC

Description

Riondo, Valpolicella Ripasso DOC – rich red semi-dry wine with expressive fruity notes in the aroma. In the manufacture of wine in the wort from grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella, Korvinone and other red varieties are added extracts left after the manufacture of Amarone in accordance with the classical technique “ripasso”. This process enhances sugar processing, endows the wine with intensity and depth. After fermentation, the wine is aged in steel tanks and oak barrels for 12 months. The wine will make an excellent gastronomic pair of grilled meat, grilled meat, game and mature cheeses.

Winery Cantine Riondo was established in 1999. It is located in the Soave area and is part of the Collis Group. Devotion to work, a passion for their land and a constant desire for excellence brought it to the leaders of their field. In 2009, the winery underwent rebranding, changing the design of its range of wines. Today, it is equipped with a modern cellar and bottling line, where bottled wines from other brands of the Collis group are bottled.
