Description

A series of “Jasmine” includes red and white wine – young, blended, producing every year.
“Yasmin” Red – easy-drinking fruity wine, which is produced from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz collected at sites in the Valley of Ella and in the Galilee. The wort is fermented and malolactic fermentation, pasteurized short time at elevated temperature and immediately cooled to bottling. It is recommended to drink young.
