“Nostalgia in a glass,” “history in glass,” – so called the wine “Destrani” Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT its creators. And the masters of the winery of Pravis are nostalgic for those days when pleasant, “daily” wine poured out at rural festivals, gatherings and ceremonies. In their view, it is precisely this kind of wine “for the home table” that is “Destanie”.

Red dry wine is created from Franconia, grown on the Pradel site, which is located at an altitude of 450 m above sea level. Fermentation is carried out in steel tanks at a controlled temperature followed by maceration for two weeks. The “Destan” of Vinety delle Dolomiti is kept in bottles for 6 months.
