Description

Ever since the Renaissance wine Vernaccia di San Gimignano is one of the best white wines of Italy. To create Vernaccia grapes grown on the hills, which lie near the town of San Gimignano, in the heart of sunny Tuscany. Wine Vernaccia di San Gimignano from the farm Poderi del Paradiso has a light, fruity taste with hints of honey and a pleasant floral bouquet. In the process of vinification of the must is fermented at a temperature of 18 C for 60 days the future of the wine was fermented on the lees in stainless steel tanks. Pleasant, fresh taste of this wine with dominant citrus notes perfectly complement fish dishes and seafood.
