Wine Poderi del Paradiso, “Silicum”, Toscana IGT, 2020

Description

Wine “Silicum” creates a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Syrah. It has a rich flavor with hints of ripe berries, but the main “character trait” of this wine is its piquancy and seductive spice. During vinifiatsii wine is fermented in special tanks, horizontal rotating rotovinifikatorah and undergoes malolactic fermentation. Matured wine “Silikum” in new French oak barrels for 14 months. Translated from the Latin “silicum” translates as “silicon”.
