Description

“Paterno II” Rosso – red dry wine from Sangiovese grown in the region of Tuscany. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 300 m above sea level, the soil is rocky and rich in volcanic rocks. Crop harvested by hand in October, carefully folding the grapes in boxes. Fermentation is carried out in special steel tanks rotating – rotovinifikatorah. And the wine is aged in new oak barrels for 20 months. Translated from the Italian “Paterno” means “father, paternal.”
