“Sapaio” Bolgheri Superiore DOC – a top wine farms Poder Sapayo being presented as the crown of creation of local winemakers. According to this philosophy, symbolic image of a crown on a wine label – as a tribute to the generous nature and work, by which was created this excellent drink. “Crowned” the wine is created from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, often called “bordeaux blend” (“Bordeaux blend”) due to the traditional combination of well-known French grape varieties in the region. In the process of vinification of the must is fermented in steel tanks at controlled temperature with a long maceration on the “skins”. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels.
