Description
Monastero’s sake, Kampanayo, 2011 – Italian wine in the style of Bordeaux. Created from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The grapes are harvested in early September. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 26 C for 15 days and then malolactic fermentation. Half of the wine is aged in French oak barrels, half – in the US. Bottling after 15 months of exposure.
