Description

Cabernet Sauvignon “Premium” – red dry wine from the Krasnodar Territory. Beautiful well-groomed vineyards estates Sikora planted in a picturesque area between Novorossiysk and Anapa. Stony-marl soil and subtropical climate perfect for growing Cabernet Sauvignon. The harvest is picked by hand. Destemming and maceration is carried out for a day at a temperature 12-14 C. Next, the wort is fermented in the mash at 24-26 C for two to three weeks. Label the bottles are decorated with drawings of hand embroidery, symbolizing the thoroughness of the work of winemakers and creative inspiration. All the bottles are sealed by hand with pure wax.
