Wine “Petit Verdo Solnechnoj Doliny”, 2022

Description

“Sun Valley Cabernet” – ordinary table dry red wine, the main variety of grapes in the blend which is a Cabernet Sauvignon (85-90%). This variety is considered the best for the production of red table wines. Cabernet Sauvignon seedlings were imported from France and planted in the Crimean village of Sun Valley in 2001-2002, and in 2004, the year of the harvest to them was made first varietal wine. Local soils, representing the heavy dense clay and loam with lots of stones of various sizes, hold moisture well and are ideal for the cultivation of grapes.
In the contest “Golden Griffin” in 2010. Wine “Cabernet Sun Valley” received a silver medal.
