Description
Pinot Noir, Gewurtztraminer – a delicious white wine that blends perfectly with the spicy dishes, salads, vegetables, fish and white meat. In the production of wine grapes used Gewurztraminer collected in late February with vineyards economy. After contact with skin, berries are pressed. Fermentation of yeast selected from the passes at a controlled temperature of 12-15 C to provide a slow, but uniform fermentation. When it reaches the desired level of sugar, the fermentation is stopped, the wine is stabilized and bottled.
