Description

Pasqua, Pinot Grigio delle Venezie IGT – a gentle, light wine with refreshing hints of fruit on the palate, aromatic and well-balanced. It should serve well chilled. The vineyard is located in the province of Veneto. The soils are clay and limestone. The collected berries are separated from the stalks and garbage and sent to the compaction. Fermentation is carried out with the addition of yeast under certain temperature conditions. Store wine in stainless steel vats.
