Wine Paniza, Viura, Carinena DOP

Description

Paniza, Viura, Carinena DOP is an elegant dry white wine created from Viura grapes grown in the Carignano region. The vineyards are located 800 meters above sea level. The grapes, peeled from the ridges, are macerated for 5 hours at a temperature of 12 C. Wort fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature of 18 C, then the wine is clarified and stabilized. The wine is filtered just before bottling. Wine Panisa, Viura is recommended to be served with light, delicate dishes, seafood, snacks and canaps.
