Wine “Paleo” Bianco, Toscana IGT, 2019

Description

Wine “Paleo” Bianco was first released in 1991. The grapes for the creation of white wine “Paleo” going with vines growing in Casa Vecchia and Madonnina. At Casa Vecchia – old vineyards which are more than 30 years. Vineyards were planted in the Madonnina in 2002. Soil – mostly clay, medium texture, with alluvial and calcareous skeleton fragments. The grapes are harvested in late August and, after pressing and cold maceration, fermented in 225-liter barrels, half of which – new and half – at the age of one year. Wine matures for 10 months in the same oak barrels created in cooperage Stephane Chassin and very popular among the best of Burgundy wineries.
“Paleo” Bianco – nice white Tuscan wine with pronounced varietal characteristics rich and excellent balance. Wine storage capacity – up to the end of 2019.
