“Falcata” Red – a young, complex, broad and tender wine, showing a bright fruity from the first sip. Made from grapes from Garnacha Tintorera, Syrah and Monastrel, grown in Valencia, it perfectly combines wonderful freshness with the richness and density of ripe grapes from this warm, sunny region. The secret of wine is intensive work in the vineyards: organic farming, thinning out the clusters to achieve full maturity without over-stretching the leaves so that the fruits do not overripe. Another secret of Falcata is minimalist winemaking with fermentation in small batches, manual pumping of wort and gravitational movement of wine.
