Description
Wine “Prime” is made from the Albario grape variety, harvested from 20 year old vines grown in the Salns Valley. Gentle pressing of grapes separates gentle juice, to prevent its oxidation, and get highly aromatic must. Controlled fermentation at a temperature of 16 C lasts 21 days. Upon its completion, the wine is aged on the fine yeast siege of batonnazhem weekly for 6 months. The wine settles for about six months, stabilized and finally bottled, and then matures in the cellars of the winery even 3 months.
Vintage 2013 is the holder of several prestigious awards received in 2015: Bronze Medal at the “Decanter World Wine Awards”, the silver medals at the “International Challenge” and “MundusVini”, a gold medal at the “Bacchus”.
