Description

Neleman, “Signature” Reserva, Valencia DO – organic dry red wine from Valencia, created from Tempranillo and Monastrel grapes grown in separate vineyards at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level. A careful manual harvest is carried out, only the best clusters go into production. Vinification is carried out in steel tanks with strict temperature control. Wine is aged for a year in French oak barrels, then a year in American oak barrels and two years in bottles.
