Description

Neleman, Chardonnay-Muscat, Valencia DO – organic dry white wine made from Chardonnay and Muscat grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand at night and preferably in the full moon. Winemakers Neleman claim that it helps to better reveal the fruity aroma of the future wine. Vinification of the wort is carried out in a natural way without the use of temperature control. The wine goes well with fish dishes, risotto, as well as vegetables.
