Description
Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva – dry red wine created from grapes Corvina, Korvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta. Harvested grapes are placed in special boxes with holes for ventilation and dried to 35% loss of the original weight. Thus, we achieve an increased level of sugar in the berries, which is reflected in the wine with bright flavors and tannins. In January, the berries were lightly pressing and fermentation at low temperature (13-17 C). Followed by prolonged maceration ensures maximum extraction of natural substances from the berries. The wine matures in French oak barrels of large volumes for 24 months and then blended, bottled and stored in cellars for about a year. Wine storage capacity is 10-15 years.
