Description
Dry red wine “Manolibera” Toscana Rosso IGP is made from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. Berries grow in vineyards with calcareous soils. Harvesting is carried out in the first three weeks of September. At the winery, the fruits are subjected to soft pressing, followed by fermentation in steel tanks with strict temperature control. Wine is aged also in stainless steel vats. Before being put on sale, the wine is additionally aged for 3 months in bottles in the cellars of the winery.
