Wine Muralia, “Corbizzo”, Toscana IGP, 2020

Description

“Babone” is an excellent, powerful, rich, rich wine with a very complex, yet clear and elegant aroma. For the production of wine selected the best grapes of varieties Sangiovese and Syra, grown on the slopes of the Tuscan hills, on fertile sandy soils. Harvest is collected manually in the first and second weeks of September, after which it is fermented in stainless steel vats. After fermentation, the wine is aged in wooden barrels and steel vats for about a year, and after bottling, it is still 10 months in bottles. “Babone” is ideally combined with beef, veal, venison and poultry meat.
