Description
“Terra di Monteverro”, Toscana IGT called the younger brother of the flagship wine “Monteverro”, as it is made from the same grape varieties – Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Their vineyards are located in the Grosseto Capalbio region, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. Berries are picked manually by careful selection. Fermentation takes place naturally in stainless steel tanks and barriques, depending on grade and site. The wine is aged for 20 months in French oak barrels (60% of them are new). It is bottled without clarification and filtration.
