Description
Molino di Sant’Antimo, “Asso” Toscana IGT – dry red wine made from Sangiovese and Merlot grapes grown in the company’s vineyards. Harvested when the berries reach the optimum level of ripeness. Vinification is carried out by the classical method for red wines. The wine is aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months and another 3 months – in bottles. The ideal accompaniment for wine would be red meat, game, seasoned cheeses, grilled vegetables.
