Description

“Caliza” – red wine grape varieties Syrah and Petit Verdot, grown on the soil of pure limestone, for which he called “Caliza” (App. “Limestone”). Crop is harvested by hand from vines aged 15-20 years. Wine maceration lasts 4 weeks, and the shutter speed – about 10 months. For maturing wine used French oak barrels (Allier), both old and new. Before bottling the wine is not filtered. Temptingly fruity, elegant wine “Kalisa” offers an excellent balance and a rich aroma.
