Description
Macea, Pinot Nero – a fresh and elegant red wine with a pleasant berry aroma and a soft, balanced taste. Pinot Nero is grown in vineyards located at an altitude of 150-350 meters above sea level and having well-drained sandy-clay soils rich in minerals. In the manufacture of wine spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast in small open wooden containers with a volume of 5-10 liters is used. Then the wine is aged for about a year in barriques and six months in steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is not cleaned or filtered.
