Description
Wine Les Cretes, Pinot Nero is produced from grapes grown in the region of Valle d’Aosta. The vineyards are located in a mountainous area and a high degree of fragmentation due to the tilt of the earth and the high density planting vines. Sand-limestone soils are ideal for growing many varieties, including Pinot Noir. Alpine climate strongly affects the organoleptic properties of local wines: Sudden changes in temperature, especially in autumn (difference may be more than 20 degrees), and late harvest contribute to the enrichment of wine aroma composition. Most of the vineyards reserved for the autochthonous grape varieties: Petite Arvine, Petit Rouge, Fyumen and Cornalin, which are classics in the region of Valle d’Aosta. Among international varieties in Le Crete prefer Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Muscat and Sears, which are perfectly adapted to the climate and soil of the region. Due to the company’s philosophy is based on the classical tradition of winemaking, its fine wines are made by experts around the world and repeatedly received high marks from such publications as the largest wine “Wine Advocat” and “Gambero Rosso”.
