Description
“Capomastro” – this elegant fruity wine with a complex structure and rich, harmonious taste. Blend wine consists of taking in equal parts of grape varieties Corvina Rebo and grown on clay and gravel soils of the hills of Veneto, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Wine perfectly complement traditional Italian dishes, well accentuate the taste of meats and cheeses. The peak of the wine reaches 2-3 years.
In the process of wine production “Kapomastro” Lenotti company uses the latest technology, in particular – with filling and capping. After hand-picking berries carefully sorted and gently pressed. The fermentation lasts for 8-9 days at a controlled temperature of 22-24 C. Extract of wine takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Cold bottling is done on an ad hoc innovative line using computers. Wine is pre-cooled to kill germs. Bottles themselves are treated with superheated steam, washed thoroughly with sterilized water, and only then filtered cold wine is bottled in glass containers.
