“Nesterov Winery” Solaris is a dry white wine made from Solaris grapes bred by German breeders. The berries are harvested when the berries have reached their optimum ripeness level, sorted and sent to the traditional fermentation process in steel vats under strict temperature control. The wine goes well with fish dishes, mushroom snacks and hard cheeses.
