Description
To create a white dry wine, La Tunella, Sauvignon, Colli Orientali Friuli DOC, the producer uses Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Harvesting begins in the first week of September. After transporting the harvest to the winery, one part of the berries is destabilized, crushed and pressed. The second half of the harvest is subjected to maceration at 4 C for 36 hours. The resulting mash is decanted at low temperatures, after which the fermentation process begins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 16 C for 30-40 days. Extract of wine takes place in steel tanks with regular batonnazhem. Bottling takes place in February.
