“Vigneti di Foscarino” – is a wine made from Garganega grapes from 10 hectares of the best vineyards of Monte Foscarino, located on a hill at an altitude of 100-200 Foscarini meters above sea level. Here, on the volcanic and calcareous soils, grow vines aged at least 40 years. The founder of the winery Inama is Giuseppe Inam, who in the 1950’s started to get on their savings vineyards in the Soave Classico wine zone. Giuseppe was convinced of the potential of Soave and wanted to show the world what a Garganega grapes. His goal was to collect only high-quality vineyards with old vines Garganega and create a wine that would be able to raise the reputation of Soave. In the 1990s Giuseppe Inam began producing red wines of the region Colli Berici. Mineral-rich soil, hot and dry climate create ideal conditions for ripening grapes such as Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
