The wine will perfectly complement red meat dishes, game and mature cheeses.
Cantine Quattro Valli is a company whose history dates back to 1882, after the meeting of the cooper Perrini and the experienced winemaker Ferrari, which led to their further fruitful cooperation. In 1980, the winery was modernized, and two years later, the vineyard area was expanded.
Today, Cantine Quattro Valli is a unique synthesis of innovation, experience and tradition. The company still recognizes only manual grape harvesting and wine aging in oak barrels. This winery is included in the official list of tourist routes in Italy. Visitors can fully enjoy the originality of the nearby villages, the beauty of ancient castles and colorful taverns, where anyone can taste fine wine from the Croatina and Malvasia grape varieties, traditional for the region, poured into glasses directly from wood barrels.
